Howell Balloon Festival 2008

On June 29, 2008 We went to the Howell Balloon Festival with Anne's parents. We enjoyed the kite demonstration and the balloon launching.  The wind was very strong and they nearly cancelled the launch, but just before the deadline, the winds died down enough for the balloons to launch.  Below I have three photo galleries.  One are pictures that Anne and I took.  The other two galleries are Nick and Christine's photos.  Each of them did an outstanding job with very inexpensive point and shoot digital cameras.
