Game 5 - 10/09/05

Home Up

We were soundly defeated by the Shadows today.  On the positive side, we played very well as a team.  Being short two players, we were tired, but focused.  The players passed the ball well and played their best.  Yash scored our only goal on a penalty shot. Joey played an excellent game on offense with some great passes and shots on goal..   Kyle played midfield and offense. He did a great job with passing and ball handling.  He was very aggressive.  Austin really pitched in and helped our defense today.  He was a solid defender and midfielder today.  Nicholas played a very good game on offense, with good passing and ball handling.  Brian was great on defense.  He was in on every play, passing and stealing, defending our goal and trying to score.  Robert had another very good game on goal today, stopping shot after shot.  He stopped 33 shots on goal.  Paul played an aggressive game on defense and midfield today, making some last minute passes and stealing the ball.  Craig was a rock on defense today, stopping a lot of plays.  Evan really hustled today playing a great game on defense.  He really shined.
