Game 7 - October 18, 2008 - Plymouth Lasers 1 - Northville Storm - 1
We were short six players and managed a tie in a very close game with some amazing defensive stops. Every player had at least five shifts, but we held on and nearly scored the winning goal in the end of a very closely played game by both teams.
Craig was great on defense all game, stopping several goal scoring shots and clearing the ball well. Nick played his best game all season. He had great steals and passes. Brian made a huge difference on defense and midfield today. Austin really was great at midfield, stopping every attack and making some great passes. Josh also provided a lot of power at midfield and kept the attack going all game. Paul was great today on defense and midfield. Dan had an assist today with a great clear from defense. Dan really provided key stops on defense and great saves in goal. Chris really was quite good on defense, midfield and offense all game. He provided a lot of power and great saves. James scored our only goal today in the first half. He also provided great defense and kept the pressure on Northville all game. Kyle was very strong with great coverage, throw ins and passes. Mark played a strong game in goal in the first half and an excellent defense game in the second half. Carter was great on defense and midfield with exceptional speed and great stops.
