Our girls faced a very tough team on the hottest day of the year and unfortunately came up scoreless. But we did learn a lot and we had fun today. Samantha, was very good on offense and in goal. Lauren was great on offense, but when she was shifted to defense, she really shined today. Reagan was great on offense. She really ran hard today and took several shots on goal. Alyssa was great on defense all game. Colleen was great on defense, in spite of repeated attacks by the "Blue Angels". Virginia played a great game on defense and offense. Erin P. really did well on goal today and on offense. Claire played a strong game in goal, making several great stops in the first and the third quarters. When she played a quarter on defense, she was quite amazing, stopping several balls with her body and blasting the ball out of our zone. Erin T did really well on offense and defense today. Christine was very good on offense and made some great shots and passed well.
