Game 2 - November 3, 2007 - Hawks 18 - Hornets 37

No doubt about it, we were handed a brutal loss.  Many of our plays were disjointed.  We didn't pass well, we were out covered defensively, and we didn't stay in our positions consistently.  The Hawks were tired again from being two players short as well.  However, I know we can do better.  We need to work together on passing and improve our accuracy on our shooting.  Most of all, we really need to stay in our positions on defense and play more aggressively when covering shooters.  We also need to move more on offense to shake the defense.  We need to pass better without 'telegraphing' our throws.

We have a long season ahead of us, and I know we'll get better.   We have a lot of talent on our team.  We just need to relax, set up our shots and stay focused.  I was very proud of how we kept our composure and tried hard all the way to the end, in spite of a large deficit.
